Shipping Policy

Processing time All orders are dispatched within 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

UK Domestic Shipping We ship across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail, DPD and specialist large/fragile item carriers. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days from dispatch. Items delivered by specialist carriers may take 7 working days to dispatch.

International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. Please contact us on for prices and estimated delivery times.

Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. Cleome is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Artwork Packaging All artwork is carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit. Prints are shipped flat or rolled in protective tubes. Framed pieces are wrapped and boxed with additional padding. In the interests of sustainability, I use recycled materials wherever possible.

Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged please contact me within 48 hrs of receipt.
