Roland Jarvis studied at Chelsea School of Art 1954-56 before moving to Paris to work at L'academie de le Grande Chaumierre. He later taught at Camberwell School of Art, Brighton Polytechnic and Kingston School of Art. His work has been well exhibited, notably by the Royal Academy and a solo exhibition at the South London Art Gallery (1972)
